Overview:
The Supervisor of Practice Operations plays a crucial role in overseeing the clinic's functionality by managing both the operational aspects and the clinic personnel. This position requires a solid understanding of the various applications related to clinic budget management, ensuring data integrity, generating financial documentation, addressing intricate customer service challenges, and fostering communication between providers and staff. The Supervisor is tasked with implementing and upholding departmental policies and procedures. This role also involves the management of subordinate staff and providing administrative assistance to the Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under the guidance of the Practice Manager/Administrator, the Supervisor is accountable for overseeing the clinic's operations and supervising the clinic staff.
- Must possess a comprehensive understanding of all systems related to clinic budget oversight, ensuring accuracy of data, preparing financial statements, resolving complex customer service matters, and maintaining effective communication with providers and staff.
- Responsible for the implementation and enforcement of departmental policies and procedures.
- This role includes, but is not limited to, the management of subordinate personnel.
- Provides essential administrative support to the Practice Administrator/Manager.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is required.
