What We Are Looking For:

  • A university degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree and 3 years of prior relevant experience
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in and/or leading a manufacturing environment in a bargaining unit environment in the aerospace/defense industry
  • Experience assigning, managing, and measuring work assignments to completion and leading in a team-based manufacturing environment with minimal supervision
  • Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts with a proven track record of lean / six sigma implementation projects

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A salary range of $77,000 - $163,000 USD per annum
  • Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays
