The Marina Operations Assistant (MOA) plays a crucial role in supporting the Dock Master and Harbor Master in the effective management and upkeep of the Marina and Boat Club facilities. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent along with two years of pertinent experience. The MOA should possess strong leadership capabilities and demonstrate proficiency in managing a team of dock personnel.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide dock personnel
  • Train and develop staff to maintain operational excellence
  • Ensure the aesthetic upkeep of docks and surrounding areas
  • Administer Boat Club activities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Guarantee adherence to safety regulations
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Understand Clean Marina standards
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Work Schedule:

Hours are determined by the Marina Director, with weekend and holiday availability necessary. Flexibility during the seasonal period is essential.
