Responsibilities
  • Process and fulfill customer parts orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the parts manager to locate and procure parts, including special orders
  • Communicate with customers regarding parts status and availability
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of parts sales and inventory
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the automotive industry
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in auto parts sales (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
