Clinical Laboratory Scientist II

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Laboratory Scientist II to join our team at Johns Hopkins HealthCare. As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results, which are essential for patient care and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform a variety of routine and complex clinical laboratory tests in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Analyze test results and report abnormal or atypical findings to healthcare providers.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other laboratory staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science.
- One year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) preferred.
