We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Shared Living Coordinator for the North Shore Area. As a Shared Living Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and cost-effective services of our Shared Living Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct Shared Living Providers to provide a high quality of life for individuals living in Shared Living homes.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and cost-effective services of our Shared Living Program.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three years of related experience required.
  • Valid Massachusetts driver's license and regular access to available, dependable transportation required.
