LPN - Weekend Package

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a weekend package. As an LPN at Trilogy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the assessment of patients in close collaboration with Registered Nurses
  • Administer medications and observe patients to ensure their safety and well-being
  • Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services to promote optimal patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and their families about recommended disease treatment plans and self-care post-discharge
  • Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to keep residents safe and take corrective action as necessary
Requirements:
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date
  • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
  • High school diploma or GED
