Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute cleaning responsibilities across office locations, which include sanitizing restrooms, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, dusting surfaces, and managing waste disposal.
  • Prepare and organize spaces for events, ensuring that areas are set up and cleaned up as necessary.
  • Engage in environmentally friendly practices by properly disposing of waste and participating in sustainability initiatives.
  • Monitor and replenish supplies of consumable items as per established procedures.
  • Conduct general maintenance tasks such as painting, floor care, light bulb replacement, and minor repairs, while coordinating with contractors when needed.
  • Assist with grounds maintenance and liaise with landscaping services as required.
  • Perform routine inspections of company vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Utilize various modes of transportation to deliver messages and materials efficiently.
  • Receive and manage delivery instructions and ensure accurate and timely delivery of items.
  • Load and secure items in vehicles, taking necessary precautions with hazardous materials.
  • Confirm delivery details with relevant offices and report any emergencies to management promptly.

Work Environment: This position involves a mix of fieldwork and office duties, with a significant portion of time spent in a professional office setting.

Physical Requirements: The role requires regular communication, standing, walking, and the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Work Schedule: Employees are expected to be available during core business hours and may need to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in maintenance and delivery services.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Possession of a valid and unrestricted driver's license.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
