Job Description

Confisa International Group seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our large industrial and aerospace construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean Construction and Pull Plans, with proficiency in Bluebeam and Procore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead field staff project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement Lean Construction strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Manage project buyouts, change orders, and submittals/RFIs
  • Procure materials and equipment, and work with project superintendents to ensure project success
Requirements
  • 15 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager on large industrial and aerospace projects
  • 5 years of experience as a Senior Construction Project Manager
  • Proven track record of success with Lean Construction and Pull Plans
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, Excel, and MS Office
  • Prior experience with Procore is essential
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with MS Project Scheduling
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
