Key Responsibilities:
1. Open and close the retail location.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction through exemplary service.
3. Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
4. Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
5. Process transactions at the point of sale.
6. Manage merchandise returns.
7. Handle freight and inter-store transfers for markdowns.
8. Maintain an organized stockroom and prepare store inventory.
9. Prepare and fulfill customer orders.
10. Identify and report safety and cleanliness issues.
11. Restock merchandise as needed.
12. Keep the store environment clean and welcoming.
13. Report customer feedback to management.
14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational capabilities.

Compensation:
The expected pay range for this position is $17.12/hour - $21/hour.
