Skilled Nursing Assistant

A career opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at ATC - Northwest. This per diem position offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
Competitive Compensation: $25 per hour, ensuring you are fairly compensated for your skills and experience.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our healthcare professionals, and contributing to the well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide personalized care and support to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, promoting independence and dignity.
- Monitor and document patients' physical and mental condition, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control guidelines and performing light housekeeping duties.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, with at least 1 year of experience on the OR Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a healthcare setting, demonstrating expertise and knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and patients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- COVID vaccination required, with BLS Certification preferred.
