Clearwater Pinnacle Peak Dishwasher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Clearwater Pinnacle Peak, a premier luxury senior living community in Scottsdale.


Responsibilities:
  • Transport, sanitize, and clean all dishes and utensils after meal times, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our residents.
  • Break down kitchen for clean up and assist in other dining/kitchen duties as assigned, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare, clean, and organize dish storage and washing areas, maintaining a high level of sanitation and cleanliness.
  • Ensure the sanitation levels of the dish machine and sinks are within the required range, utilizing the correct test strips.
  • Maintain daily records of temperature and level of sanitizer logs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Transport food as needed, ensuring correct temperatures are maintained during transportation, and returning carts to the kitchen in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper cleaning supplies are in inventory and properly used, notifying the supervisor when new supplies need to be ordered.
  • Minimize waste and ensure proper use of equipment at all times, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Comply with Clearwater Living standards and regulations, upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Display a positive and professional image through actions and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working.
  • Represent the Clearwater Living principles and core values on a daily basis, embodying our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in restaurant or food services operations preferred.
  • Background clearances as required by government regulations.
  • Must meet health requirements, including TB clearance.
