Sign Language Interpreter Job Opportunity

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) to support the educational success of students who are deaf or hard of hearing in a warm, community-oriented environment.

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a qualified Sign Language Interpreter to join our team in Vidalia, GA. As an SLI, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives while enjoying the town's welcoming charm and southern appeal.

Position Details:

  • Work Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite
  • Caseload: Supporting students across various grade levels
  • Duration: Full school year

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and effective interpretation services in educational settings.
  • Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and staff using American Sign Language (ASL).
  • Support students in participating fully in classroom and school activities.
  • Collaborate with educators to create inclusive learning environments.
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve students' academic and social success.
