We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Sizzler West Shaw. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items to meet the high standards of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Wash, cut, and/or cook vegetables, fruit, meat, fish, poultry, and/or seafood to prepare for use.
- Menu Item Assembly: Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes to prepare menu items.
- Plate Presentation: Prepares plates to be served by placing appropriate menu items on plate.
- Production Planning: Uses prep lists to determine production for the day.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
