About the ProgramOur 12-month residency program is designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence you need to succeed as a registered nurse. Through a combination of classroom instruction, hands-on training, and mentorship, you'll gain a solid foundation in nursing practice and be well-prepared to take on the challenges of a fast-paced hospital environment.

- Mentoring from experienced nurse leaders
- Working collaboratively on an evidence-based practice project
As a resident, you'll be surrounded by a supportive community of nurse educators, experienced nurses, and fellow residents who are all committed to helping you succeed. You'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including medical-surgical, orthopedics, oncology, and more. Our program is designed to be flexible, so you can balance your work and personal responsibilities with ease.
