Job Description

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide timely activity reports to the agent.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new computer functions and software.
  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.

  • $17/HR plus bonus.
