About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Representative to join our team at The Therapy Network. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring patient satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary patient and guest customer service resource in the clinic, providing a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.
  • Maintain a visible presence in the clinic, ensuring patients and guests feel supported and informed throughout their journey.
  • Provide comprehensive onboarding for new patients, setting the tone for a positive and personalized experience.
  • Collaborate with the front desk team to optimize scheduling and ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
  • Conduct regular surveys to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring patient satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient engagement and retention, driving business growth and success.
  • Manage social media presence, creating engaging content and fostering a strong online community.
  • Conduct outcome surveys and report findings to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Plan and execute clinic events and activities, promoting staff and patient engagement and fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, staff, and external partners.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding patient expectations.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
