Salary: $17.00 - $20.50 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Child Development Program Manager to join our team at BrightPath Kids USA in East Hampton, CT. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive program that supports the educational and developmental needs of young children. Your responsibilities will include creating curriculum, supervising teachers and staff, and maintaining open communication with parents and guardians. You will also be responsible for ensuring the daily operations of the preschool classroom run smoothly, including managing resources and supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or equivalent experience. You should also have a minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a licensed child care facility, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and education. Additionally, you should possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
BrightPath Kids USA offers a competitive salary range of $17.00 - $20.50 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and $10,000 of company-paid life insurance. We also offer a 60% childcare discount to all employees, as well as opportunities for professional development and tuition reimbursement for courses related to your field. Full-time staff accrue 2 weeks of paid time off in their first year, and are given 7 paid holidays off.
