Automotive Recon Operations Supervisor

ABOUT THE ROLE OF RECON SUPERVISOR
As a pivotal member of our Service department, you will ensure the seamless operation of our vehicle preparation processes. Your primary responsibility will be to assess the daily workload, which includes cleaning retail vehicles for delivery, preparing vehicles for sale or auction, and managing customer vehicle requests. You will efficiently allocate tasks to the Recon Technicians and oversee the dispatch of repair assignments to our Express Service Technicians, which encompass routine services such as oil changes, state emissions tests, and tire rotations. Additionally, you will maintain an inventory of essential parts required for these express services, including oil filters and bulbs.
In your capacity as the direct supervisor of the Recon Technicians, you will lead and motivate the team while conducting quality control checks on completed tasks.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm.
