Job Title: Power and Analog Principal Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Power and Analog Principal Electrical Engineer to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our Sensor Power and Analog Design (SPAD) Department, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative power conversion and distribution systems for our cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, analyze, and simulate power conversion and distribution systems using advanced tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new design concepts and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Lead small teams to success with schedule, budget, and technical execution.
  • Engage in personal technical growth and facilitate technical growth in peers and junior engineers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
  • 8+ years of experience in power system design, power conversion, power distribution, and/or control systems.
  • Experience with modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar computer-based tools.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Hardware development experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead/manage a technical team.
  • Experience generating technical documentation and reports.

We offer a competitive salary range of $96,000 - $200,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
