**About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Patient Care Assistant to join our team at Atlanticare Regional Medical Center, Inc. In this role, you will work closely with our care team to provide exceptional patient care and support services.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Document patient care activities and observations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care delivery.
**Requirements:
- 1-3 years of patient care experience preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Salary:** $42,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
