The Beverage Operations Supervisor will play a pivotal role in managing the bar and restaurant operations, ensuring all facets of the assigned outlet are running smoothly. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity. The Supervisor will uphold high standards of quality in guest and employee satisfaction, aligning with the objectives and benchmarks established by our service standards, including Leading Quality Assurance, Forbes, and AAA. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests and managing table assignments
  • Supervising food and beverage staff
  • Addressing and resolving guest complaints
  • Contributing to the achievement of food and beverage revenue targets
  • Working to enhance guest count and overall revenue while maintaining service excellence
  • Assessing staffing requirements on a daily and weekly basis to optimize labor costs
  • Ensuring accountability for the effective execution of all operational systems (including requisitions and inventory management) that influence operational efficiency
  • Overseeing the proper execution of all financial processes (including guest check procedures, comp and void protocols, and event check postings)
  • Creating weekly schedules for all food and beverage outlets
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience
  • A minimum of 2 years in dining room and/or bar management
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency required; experience with Excel, Outlook, Micros, Open Table, and Delphi is preferred
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoyment of a fast-paced work environment
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Current TIPS Alcohol Certification or a comparable alcohol service certification
