Challenge any unreasonable or unrealistic spending proposals and provide seasoned advice to help meet budgetary targets. Take a proactive stance on financial matters impacting your areas and ensure you are recognized as the key point for issue resolution and policy clarification.
Performance Measurement AnalysisPrepare and present detailed measurement analyses, explaining significant variances to area management as dictated by the measurement process. Identify and highlight notable budget variances and spending trends. Aim to structure measurement analyses to pinpoint strategies that will lead to the lowest possible operating costs.
Adopt a proactive approach to cost reduction initiatives and ensure that the areas you support are informed in real-time of any changes in financial objectives that may affect them.
