English Language Instructor for Refugee Program

We are seeking an experienced English language instructor to join our team at World Learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering English language and cultural integration lessons to groups of students, including Afghan refugees.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver English language and cultural integration lessons, content, and activities to groups of students.
- Implement formal and informal assessment tools to measure student outcomes.
- Provide student attendance and engagement information to the program management team.
- Utilize student learning management systems under the direction of the NVEP Coordinator.
- Participate in instructor team meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Provide an end-of-course report on lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Complete assessment activities on student achievement in meeting learning outcomes.
Requirements:
- BA in Education or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum three years of language program management experience and five years of classroom teaching experience.
- Native-level English language fluency or C2 level in the CERF required.
- Excellent writing skills and knowledge of communicative language teaching methodology.
- Proven experience managing teaching staff, courses, and administrative procedures.
- Strong leadership, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.
