Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of strategic planning processes, talent development strategies, and curriculum design principles.
  • Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Minimum five years of experience in employee training, organizational development, or a related field within a mid to large-sized organization.
