Job Summary

FUJIFILM Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain complex financial models and analytical tools to measure overall financial performance, including short to mid-range financial/operational forecasts.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee month-end close and projection process, including variance analysis and monthly reporting.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with key stakeholders to align on business priorities and drive effective solutions/execution.
  • Financial Modeling: Build out and enhance P&L models to develop business insights and KPI dashboards.
  • Inventory Management: Analyze and optimize inventory levels to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Cost Management: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Skills: Strong PC skills, proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), experience with planning and consolidation tools (Hyperion Essbase, SAP, Oracle), financial modeling, data warehouse, and ERP systems.
Preferred Skills
  • Financial Analysis: Ability to read, interpret, and synthesize conclusions from financial statements using a grasp of financial and managerial accounting concepts.
  • Financial Modeling: Ability to assess and interpret complex financial models and provide financial analysis and valuation support in business cases for product development.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and effective communication/writing skills.
  • Teamwork: Strong team player with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
