Position Overview:
Lark Hotels is on the lookout for a dedicated full-time Guest Experience Specialist at Bluebird Dennisport. As the initial point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a memorable stay by engaging with in-house guests, managing phone inquiries, offering concierge services, and preparing breakfast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and acknowledge every guest warmly, maintaining eye contact and a friendly demeanor, and using their names when possible.
- Check in and orient new arrivals in accordance with property standards.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the property, including its programs, amenities, and experiences available to guests.
- Operate the property’s phone and communication systems effectively, answering calls with a positive attitude and addressing callers' requests with care.
- Understand your role in the property’s reservation process.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to handle phone calls and manage stressful situations with ease.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
