Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer - Public Works

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our Public Works team in Denver, CO. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing public works projects, including initial project research, plan production, and construction administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage public works projects from initial research to project close-out
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Manage and train a team of civil engineers and technicians
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
  • BS Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in public works engineering
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
