Position Summary:

The Care Provider is responsible for delivering hands-on assistance and emotional support to residents while ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining cleanliness in residents' rooms and common areas
  • Supporting residents in achieving independence while ensuring their dignity and safety
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating as needed
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life
  • Participating in weekend and holiday shifts as required

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Certified Nurse's Aide certification
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous experience with senior care is advantageous
  • Effective communication skills with residents, management, and colleagues
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
