OBJECTIVE


Serve as the Sound Production Specialist for Passion gatherings and events, aiming to deliver exceptional and uplifting audio experiences at Passion.

A collaborative, service-oriented, and detail-focused individual who exemplifies initiative and precision while playing a crucial role within the team.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist fellow audio personnel, contractors, and volunteers to achieve the Passion standard of excellence
Mix audio for events and/or services as assigned
Ensure that Passion stages are prepared, connected, and ready for performance punctually and with high quality
Maintain all audio systems in clean, organized, updated, and operational conditions.
Stay informed about any updates to all relevant audio equipment
Collaborate with fellow audio staff on system enhancements and expansions
Participate in ongoing training opportunities related to audio
Enhance your skills by regularly attending concerts and other live performances for inspiration
Contribute at requested Passion gatherings, events, and tours

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm + all-day Sunday

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL
Possesses a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred) and two to four years of experience in live event production or an equivalent combination of experience
Can quickly assess multiple scenarios to determine the best possible outcome
Enjoys unexpected challenges and possesses a strong drive to complete tasks
Has a passion for learning about audio systems
Can operate effectively with limited information to execute a comprehensive plan
Is motivated by resolving details
