We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Architect Lead to drive our software testing strategy and vision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, building, and implementing test architecture and automation development standards across all Electrophysiology products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and refining the existing test automation framework and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
  • Designing, developing, and refactoring test automation code libraries and harnesses to enhance team productivity and reusability.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify technical needs of testing infrastructure and drive solutions to closure.
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams on integration and verification testing in a scrum environment.
  • Leading strategic projects and contributing to continuous improvement of test engineering activities.

About the Role:

This is a highly visible role that requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing, particularly in medical device development and FDA-regulated industries.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software testing or development, with increasing levels of responsibility leading to technical leadership.
  • 4+ years of experience in FDA-regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of integration, verification, and validation testing techniques.
  • Experience in medical device development/testing and other highly regulated industries.
  • Excellent Python skills, as well as knowledge of Open GL, Squish, Docker, Testing Frameworks, SQL, Databases, Postgres, Flask, Django, Data Science/Processing, Task Scheduling/Distributed Tasks.

Salary Estimate:

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
