Job Summary:
The Commercial Real Estate Coordinator will provide administrative support to multiple brokers, ensuring seamless transactional processes and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains consistency by applying templates to produce marketing materials, including flyers, proposals, tour books, maps, floor plans, and listing packages.
- Schedules appointments, keeps calendars, and arranges travel itineraries.
- Updates and maintains information databases, along with market research.
- Generates standard and ad hoc reports as required.
- Gathers supporting documentation to process brokers' commission payments.
Requirements:
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2-year college required.
- 3 years of experience providing administrative support to multiple or teams of professionals.
- 2 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
- Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
- Ability to calculate basic figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions.
- Ability to abstract a lease.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience working with industrial and/or office brokers.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate terminology.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
Compensation:
Excellent pay - $70,000 - $78,000 per year, plus bonus.
