A highly skilled Manufacturing Process Optimization Engineer is required to join our team at ABB. This exciting opportunity will enable you to drive innovation and efficiency in our manufacturing processes, making a significant impact on our business.

About the Job:

This role reports directly to the Production Development Manager and is responsible for developing and optimizing new manufacturing processes, equipment, and fixtures. You will perform process capability studies to ensure manufacturing processes are in control, and be responsible for accuracy of product routing and times. Additionally, you will develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent experience and 4+ years of manufacturing experience. Experience in process development and/or lean manufacturing methods is highly desired. You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40lbs, and perform repetitive operations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
