Electronics Research Scholar in Radiation Effects

The Pennsylvania State University is seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Scholar to join our research team in the field of radiation effects on electronics. As a Postdoctoral Scholar, you will work under the direction of Professor Aman Haque to perform research and experiments in radiation effects on electronic materials and devices.
Key Responsibilities- Perform electrical characterization on semiconductor devices as a function of radiation exposure.
- Conduct high-resolution analytical microscopy and spectroscopy to identify radiation-induced degradation in electronic materials and devices.
- Perform in-situ experiments on devices and materials.
- Analyze data and disseminate findings in journals and conferences.
- Ph.D. in Electrical/Computer/Mechanical/Materials/Nuclear Engineering or a related discipline by the appointment start date.
- Excellent command of TEM imaging and analysis.
- Foundation in semiconductor device physics, reliability is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in radiation effects on electronic materials and devices is highly desirable.
