Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team at Medical Service Company. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and availability of our inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on support for all incoming receiving inventories, translating data and quantities into our business operating system.
  • Ensure accuracy of all receiving documentation, including packing slip reconciliation and bills of lading.
  • Manage and reconcile serialized inventory input to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Coordinate and measure supplier quality metrics with our purchasing and operations teams.
  • Review and coordinate back-orders and outages to improve inventory management.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Provide warehouse support in all functions to ensure operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with our warehouse supervisor to ensure inventory bin locations and par levels meet company standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the warehouse and collaborate with purchasing and operations to implement changes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; some college helpful.
  • 1-3 years of experience in inventory, receiving, and logistics.
  • Healthcare and/or durable medical equipment experience preferred.
  • Strong computer experience with Windows-based programs.
  • Working knowledge of web-based inventory systems.
