About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at St. Vincent's. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide resident-centered care, including daily living assistance and basic health care needs
  • Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and transferring residents
  • Collect non-invasive body fluid specimens and gather vital signs
  • Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, behavior, activity, and dietary
  • Communicate resident's changing condition and care-related concerns/responses to the charge nurse
Requirements
  • High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
  • Minimum age of 16
  • Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
