About the Role

As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse - Telehealth Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care. You will work closely with our patients to assess their needs, develop care plans, and provide education and support to promote optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an APRN in a telehealth or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
- Strong knowledge of telehealth principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a clinical setting.
