Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Engage and interact with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy.
  • Store Environment: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational and merchandise standards.
  • Operational Tasks: Accurately ring customer purchases/returns, count change back to customer, and process merchandise for the sales floor.
  • Merchandising: Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy, following established merchandising procedures and standards.
  • Teamwork: Support and participate in store recovery, maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards, and provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with peers and supervisors.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Possess strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility: Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
