Nurse Practitioner

The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience. As a proactive and compassionate nurse, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive individualized care that meets their unique needs.
Responsibilities- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care, using evidence-based practice and analytical/critical thinking skills.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics, adapting service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model.
- Participate in performance improvement activities, including data collection, posing relevant clinical questions, and proactively planning for patient care across the care continuum.
- Collaborate with care managers and other members of the healthcare team to develop protocols and procedures that achieve best practice outcomes.
- Associate's Degree in nursing or graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Minimum 1 year of current direct patient care experience.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English language, and optimize the use of technology to support clinical care.
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing (BSN).
- National certification in area of specialty.
