Licensed Practical Nurse

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality homecare services to patients in need of intermittent visits. As a LPN, you will work one-on-one with patients to deliver personalized care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services provided
- Initiate and revise patient plans of care as needed
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor their effectiveness
- Review patient plans and identify areas for healthcare teaching, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning
- Support professional practice by adhering to nursing standards, laws, and policies
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current LPN license for the state of Colorado
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS certification
- One year prior LPN experience preferred
