- Perform tasks at heights using ladders.

- Conduct electrode/arc welding as needed.
- Monitor installation processes and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Verify product readiness and proper loading before departure.
- Execute quality assurance checks to minimize rework.
- Documentation Assistance:
- Prepare Bill of Lading (BOL) prior to leaving the facility.
- Document job progress through photographs and written records.
- Comply with company employment policies.
- Safety Training and Compliance:
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on company vehicles and tools.
- Familiarize with OSHA and state DOT regulations.
- Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
- Identify and report safety hazards to management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while on company premises and at client locations.
- General Expectations:
- Arrange travel as required.
- Submit expense reports weekly.
- Schedule maintenance for company vehicles.
- Attend required meetings and conference calls.
- Possess a valid United States Passport.
Safety Commitment:
- Follow all mandated safety procedures, including driving and production area safety requirements.
- Review safety materials provided by the company regularly.
- Notify management of any safety-related concerns.
Work Environment: The role involves exposure to various environmental conditions, including fumes, airborne particles, and loud noise levels. The position requires working outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
Physical Requirements: The physical demands include:
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Using hands for various tasks, including typing and operating tools.
- Occasionally lifting up to 70 lbs and team lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Maintaining visual acuity for detailed tasks.
Work Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with potential overtime.
Travel Requirements: The role may require up to 75% travel, including extended stays.
Educational Background:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical training or certification is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL is preferred.
- Experience in the sign and construction industries.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with general construction methods and safety standards.
