    1. Prepare Bill of Lading (BOL) prior to leaving the facility.
    2. Document job progress through photographs and written records.
    3. Comply with company employment policies.
  3. Safety Training and Compliance:
    1. Conduct routine maintenance checks on company vehicles and tools.
    2. Familiarize with OSHA and state DOT regulations.
    3. Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
    4. Identify and report safety hazards to management.
    5. Adhere to all safety protocols while on company premises and at client locations.
  4. General Expectations:
    1. Arrange travel as required.
    2. Submit expense reports weekly.
    3. Schedule maintenance for company vehicles.
    4. Attend required meetings and conference calls.
    5. Possess a valid United States Passport.

Safety Commitment:

  1. Follow all mandated safety procedures, including driving and production area safety requirements.
  2. Review safety materials provided by the company regularly.
  3. Notify management of any safety-related concerns.

Work Environment: The role involves exposure to various environmental conditions, including fumes, airborne particles, and loud noise levels. The position requires working outdoors in diverse weather conditions.

Physical Requirements: The physical demands include:

  1. Standing and walking for extended periods.
  2. Using hands for various tasks, including typing and operating tools.
  3. Occasionally lifting up to 70 lbs and team lifting up to 100 lbs.
  4. Maintaining visual acuity for detailed tasks.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with potential overtime.

Travel Requirements: The role may require up to 75% travel, including extended stays.

Educational Background:

  1. High school diploma or GED is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Technical training or certification is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL is preferred.
  2. Experience in the sign and construction industries.
  3. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
