We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at BlueWave Ventures as a Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals in the field of Supported Living and Outpatient Integration Assistance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, or Special Education, with relevant professional experience in integration assistance. They will also have a solid understanding of creating budgets and planning, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals in the field of Supported Living and Outpatient Integration Assistance
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for team management and performance improvement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, or Special Education
  • Relevant professional experience in integration assistance
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
