Nursing Rehabilitation Specialist

As a key member of the Kenwood View Health and Rehabilitation Center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents. Your leadership skills and ability to supervise professional and non-professional personnel will be essential in maintaining the highest level of quality care.
To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing or an approved Licensed Practical Nurse program with a current licensure in the state where you will be practicing. You will also need to possess strong communication skills and the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing overall supervision of resident care
- Staff assignment and coordination
- Investigating complaints and grievances
- Administering professional services such as catheterization, tube feeding, and suction
- Ensuring that all consumer/resident rights are protected
