Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Practice Clinician to join our team at the University of Missouri Healthcare. As an APP in this role, you will work independently but in close collaboration with a Neurotologist within a high-volume, fast-paced otology/neurotology surgical sub-specialty clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide and manage patient care autonomously while integrating feedback and collaboration from the Neurotologist.
  • Master and execute specialized in-office procedures related to otology.
  • Accurately interpret diagnostic results and incorporate them into patient care plans.
  • Educate patients on their conditions and treatment options, ensuring they understand and adhere to their care plans.
  • Work effectively within a team to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimize outcomes.
Requirements
  • Advanced clinical skills in otology and neurotology, with proficiency in relevant procedures and diagnostics.
  • Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and develop treatment plans based on complex cases.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume clinical environment.
