Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Collateralized Loan Obligation Loan/Asset Administrator to join our Corporate Trust division within Wealth Operations.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM local time; overtime may be required

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishes new portfolios, assets, and cash mapping inputs into CDO Suite.
  • Processes notifications from Agent Banks into CDO Suite.
  • Investigates discrepancies in CDO Suite across portfolios with identical bonds using Bloomberg, DTC, and Trustee report data.
  • Oversees daily CDO Suite and Issue Tracker reports globally to maintain accurate information.
  • Ensures timely and precise entry of client responses regarding corporate actions into Etran.
  • Resolves past due accounts and unapplied balances.
  • Communicates with Trustees and Agent Banks daily to secure all outstanding payments or reports.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in business administration or equivalent professional experience.
  • Less than two years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Skills and Experience
  • Fundamental understanding of SEI and CDO Suite, along with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
Work Location Expectations

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office attendance for 3 or more days per week, with flexibility for remote work on other days.
