Job Overview

The Beverage Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience to our patrons at Emagine Entertainment. This position involves verifying guest identification, managing cash transactions, and crafting a variety of beverages. The Beverage Specialist will also promote food items and specialty drinks, ensuring guests enjoy their time at the bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize effective sales strategies to enhance revenue from alcoholic beverages and food items.
• Prepare and serve drinks to guests and waitstaff.
• Oversee inventory management for alcoholic beverages and bar supplies.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Enhance the drink menu and develop new cocktail recipes.
• Prepare garnishes for beverages.
• Monitor guests for responsible alcohol consumption and address any issues that arise.
• Confirm guests meet legal age requirements.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Reconcile cash receipts at the end of each shift.
• Generate cash reports as needed.
