Job Opportunity: Adjunct Faculty in Psychology

New York Institute of Technology is seeking qualified candidates to fill part-time adjunct faculty positions in the Psychology and Counseling Department. The successful candidates will be responsible for teaching PSYC 101 and other courses in their area of specialization.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach PSYC 101 and other courses in the Psychology and Counseling Department
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and assessments
  • Provide feedback and support to students
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in psychology or related field
  • Experience in teaching college-level psychology courses
  • Preference given to candidates with a doctoral degree in psychology
  • Experience with remote and online teaching using LMS platforms
