Job Summary:

Noble Casing Inc is seeking a highly skilled Wireline Engineer to oversee operations and ensure exceptional service quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oilfield experience, with a focus on cased-hole logging and wireline operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of wireline operators and provide training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Oversee the execution of work for customers, ensuring timely commencement and exceptional service quality.
  • Conduct daily safety meetings and observe crew members to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with ATF and IFC regulations, conduct explosive inventories and audits, and maintain up-to-date training and re-certifications.
  • Manage field supplies and inventory, and ensure all crew members are using proper PPE at all times.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of oilfield experience with a focus on cased-hole logging and wireline operations.
  • Must be in good standing with the ATF and have the ability to pass a background check.
  • Clear driving record for the past 3-5 years and ability to be insured.
  • Maintain good standing with DISA and have a CDL with HazMat endorsement.
  • Complete all Noble Casing Inc and industry-specific training, and remain up-to-date on all required training and re-certifications.
Physical Demands:
  • Sedentary work, light duty, lifting of 20 pounds maximum, frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Medium duty, lifting of 50 pounds maximum, frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Heavy work, lifting of 100 pounds maximum, frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more.
Driver Criteria:

Noble Casing Inc has a preferred guideline for insured drivers. Individual exceptions may be considered to some degree.

Requiring Driver Exclusions:

  • One or more Type A Violation(s) in a 60-month period.
  • Two or more Type B Violation(s) in a 36-month period.
  • Three or more Type C Violation(s) in a 36-month period.
  • One Type B and two Type C Violations in a 36-month period.

Type of Violations Defined:

  • Type A: Includes but not limited to, DWI, DUI, OUI, refusing a substance test, and charges of reckless driving, manslaughter, hit & run, eluding police, any felony, drag racing, having or driving with a suspended license.
  • Type B: Includes all vehicle accidents regardless of fault.
  • Type C: Includes all moving violations not in Types A or B, such as speeding, improper lane change, failure to yield, running stop lights or signs.
  • Type D: Includes non-moving violations such as illegal parking, equipment violations, obstructing traffic, failure to display registration or driver's license.
