  • Capacity Management: Develop and manage fabric and production capacity reservations, addressing any outstanding liabilities to minimize financial risks.
  • Seasonal Planning: Create and communicate seasonal timelines and action calendars, ensuring compliance across teams.
  • Cost Negotiation: Negotiate favorable pricing while maintaining the integrity of our brand's quality and delivery timelines.
  • Factory Communication: Engage in daily communications with factories and collaborate with the design team to ensure product accuracy.
  • Action Calendar Monitoring: Regularly follow up on time and action calendars to ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Industry Experience: Leverage your experience with domestic mills, blank suppliers, and screen printing.
  • Reporting: Update Work In Progress (WIP) reports daily and track all submissions meticulously.
  • Package Management: Log all incoming packages and review carton markings, UPCs, and other relevant details.
  • Sample Review: Collaborate with the design team to review pre-production (PP) and top-of-production (TOP) samples.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in apparel production.
  • Highly organized self-starter with exceptional follow-up abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of garment construction, production timelines, and testing protocols.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
