Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Specialist to join our team at Cynergy Rehab Group/Arkids Pediatric Day Centers. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional nursing care to our patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
  • Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and provide wound care as needed.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, adhering to regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in pediatric nursing.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license to practice in the state of Arkansas.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing, with a focus on children with special needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, stand, walk, pull, and reach for several hours per day.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
